Prepare mushrooms, dried bamboo shoots and air-dried sausage

Soak the dried bamboo shoots and boil them in boiling water for a while

Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water

Wash the mushrooms, squeeze out the water and cut into cubes

Dried bamboo shoots, dried sausage and diced ginger

Wash the rice and put it in the rice cooker, add water to cover the rice (a little less water than usual for cooking)

Add a little peanut oil to the wok, sauté the shredded ginger, dried sausage and dried bamboo shoots until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while, then add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, then turn off the heat and serve
