Spinach and Meatball Soup
Overview
I am a mother of two children. My meals usually focus on the children. Occasionally, if my older friends are craving for food, I will cook something spicy, so the children can usually eat it.

Steps
-
Heat the pan and add lard.
-
Add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
-
Add water (yesterday’s bone broth).
-
Chop the pork, add green onion, ginger, egg white, salt, and stir well.
-
A spoonful of starch.
-
Wash spinach.
-
Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat to minimum, and spoon it into the pot one by one.
-
Boil the water for a few minutes, check if the middle of the meatballs is cooked, and blanch the spinach.
-
Take it out of the pot (I can usually tell if there is enough salt by smelling it, so friends who don’t know can taste it).
-
It’s time to eat.
