Wash the ingredients and soak the dried shrimps in warm water until soft.

Chop the pork into fine pieces, add cornstarch, salt, pepper, fresh soy sauce and egg liquid and mix well.

Wrap the meat stuffing in wonton wrappers and pinch to tighten.

Boil the water in the pot and cook the wontons.

Put some pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil, a little salt in a bowl and add boiling water. (It is best to have stock.)

Drain and put into a bowl.

Sprinkle with sea rice and chopped green onion.
