Stir-fried dried tofu with green pepper

Family gatherings are inseparable from delicious dishes of chicken, duck, and fish. But I prefer soy products rich in plant protein, whether tofu, dried tofu, shredded tofu, dried tofu, etc., they are all my favorites. Dice the dried tofu, green pepper, and chop the green onion.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped green onion, then add dried tofu. Cook in light soy sauce.
