Flip Sakura Sushi
Overview
Sushi was first introduced to Japan from China, but thousands of years later it has become one of the representatives of Japanese food culture. Change the way you eat from basic sushi rolls to nigiri sushi. Today I will introduce another way to make sushi: I dipped the outer layer of the sushi rice into some cherry blossom powder. Netizens can also dip it into black sesame seeds, etc.

Steps
-
What is used to make this sushi: sushi mat, nori, sushi knife, sushi vinegar, salad dressing, eggs, cucumber, radish, ham sausage, pork floss, wasabi, sakura powder, etc.
-
Prepare cucumber, ham, and eggs. Cut ham and cucumber into strips; spread eggs into thin pancakes with slightly yellow sides
-
Cut the egg pancake into shreds, ham sausage strips, cucumber strips and large root strips and put them on the plate (if the cucumber skin is old, peel it off).
-
Pour out the cherry blossom powder and pork floss and set aside
-
Toss the rice with a small amount of sushi vinegar.
-
Put a piece of plastic wrap on the sushi curtain, put nori, and spread the rice evenly. Leave a little margin at one end of the seaweed
-
Change the position of the rice and seaweed, and flip the rice until it is next to the plastic wrap. As shown in the figure
-
Then put some rice on both sides of the seaweed, not too thick. Place ham sausage, cucumber and large root strips in the middle (as shown in the picture)
-
Some more salad dressing and wasabi.
-
Put the floss.
-
Fold the sushi curtain in half and squeeze both ends of the sushi curtain together, but do not use force in the middle.
-
Then release the sushi curtain and lay the plastic wrap flat again.
-
Sprinkle sakura powder on rice
-
Use a knife to cut off the irregular ends, and then cut the sushi into even pieces.
-
Posing.
