Gold and silver rice
Overview
Finally, I added the word rice at the end. Not a grain of rice. Although barley, corn, and millet all have the word "rice" in them, the combination of pumpkin, taro, yam, and sweet potato that were originally used as ingredients has an absolute advantage in terms of quantity and takes up most of the space, making it look like there is no rice at all. Calling it rice is a bit reluctant. When I was holding this plate of gold and silver and preparing to eat, someone asked, what should I eat if my blood sugar is high? What to eat? Don't just stick to white rice. In fact, this plate of gold and silver can be recommended, but it is very clear that no one will eat it as food. In the eyes of many people, rice is just white rice. It's all said and done.
