Cranberry Cheese Baked Sweet Potatoes
Overview
For me, who was born in a mountain village, I didn’t even know what cheese was when I was a child. When I grow up, I can’t really like cheese food unless it’s very delicious. But my daughter loves the taste of cheese very much. It happens that cheese has high calcium content and is suitable for children to eat. Well, since my daughter loves to eat it, I also like to make it. Making baked sweet potatoes with cheese is the simplest afternoon tea. My children came home from school in the afternoon and ate this delicacy happily while praising how delicious it was. I made this baked sweet potato with cheese without adding sugar. Sweet potatoes themselves are sweet, with the addition of cranberries and raisins. The sweetness and aroma of the two dried fruits are fully released during the roasting process. Foods without additional sugar are not burdensome for children to eat. For the sake of health, the intake of refined sugar must be controlled, especially for children
