Clean the fish, marinate it with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes, fry it in a pot until it is slightly brown, take it out and set aside.

Preheat the oil in the pan.

Prepare the auxiliary ingredients and adjust the sauce (add one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of balsamic vinegar, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of oil and one spoon of salt).

Add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the sauce.
