Cut gelatine into small pieces and soak in cold water until soft

Heat the coconut milk in a small milk pot without boiling it. Add the condensed milk to adjust the flavor. Add the soaked gelatin sheets, stir to dissolve, and let cool

Cut off part of the papaya from the pedicle, scoop out the black bits from the belly of the papaya, and pour in the cooled coconut milk liquid

Wrap in a layer of plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool for at least two hours to freeze the coconut milk

After freezing, cut it into any shape you like
