McSpicy Chicken Wings
Overview
I prefer to eat fried food, especially McDonald’s Chicken Wings. I have eaten it many times and I just can’t get tired of it. I slowly want to learn to make it myself. After repeated trials, either the taste is not ideal or the fried chicken is too old. I feel that this kind of chicken wings is closer to McDonald’s, so I don’t need to buy and eat them in the future. Share it with everyone.

Wash six chicken wings.

Pour in fresh chili powder, pepper, salt, and MSG, and marinate for at least two hours. If time permits, it is best to stay overnight for more flavor.

Mix flour and starch in a ratio of 3:1 and mix well.

Place the marinated chicken wings in the prepared flour, press back and forth on both sides several times, press once and shake once, repeat this operation several times. I have forgotten this a few times, probably five or six times.

Prepare egg whites.

Press the chicken wings over the egg whites.

Add the flour again, lightly apply the flour and pat both sides, then put it into the pot and fry.

Heat the oil to 190° and add the chicken wings.

Fry for about 12 minutes and then serve.
