Russia’s Big Lieba, which is popular among purchasing agents
Overview
Recently, I have become obsessed with Gu and Daliba bought from purchasing agents. The sweet and sour raisins and rich walnut kernels are simply delicious and nutritious. I have no choice but to purchase more than 50 items from the purchasing agency, so I might as well come up with the recipe and make it myself. The taste is definitely no worse than Guhe’s!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine and knead for 10 minutes. After kneading into a ball, add butter and knead for another 20 minutes. Since the dough is relatively dry, there is no need to knead out the dough.
-
Put the dough into a plastic bag to ferment for one night (bread fermentation is very time-consuming every time, and I am lazy, so I often use low-temperature fermentation for one night). The temperature here at night is only about 5 degrees. If the temperature in your place is high, you can ferment it in an environment of about 25 degrees. Anyway, it only needs to be doubled in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it
-
Split into two and wake up for a while!
-
Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread raisins, dried cranberries and walnuts on top, spread them as evenly as possible and roll them up to look better. Do not put nuts on the front end of the small section, it is used to close the dough.
-
Be sure to roll the dough tightly, otherwise the nuts will fall out easily when baked. Start rolling from the end covered with nuts!
-
Roll up the bread
-
Put the dough into the oven for fermentation at 40 degrees, put a plate of hot water underneath, and ferment for a second time for 40 minutes to an hour until the dough 1.5 times its size.
-
Take the fermented dough out of the oven, brush it with egg wash, and make five cuts on it with a knife. You can cut deeper and see the nuts!
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. If the color becomes darker in the last 10 minutes, you need to cover it with tin foil! The temperature can be adjusted according to your own oven!
-
It’s baked and the aroma is fragrant!
-
Let cool, slice and enjoy!
