Bacon thin crust pizza
Overview
The mozzarella cheese I bought online is back~ I bought a big bag last time, but it went bad before I used it, so I had to throw it away. It’s such a pity/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~ I bought a small bag this time and made bacon thin-bottom pizza. The crust is crispy, with the salty aroma of bacon and the refreshing taste of vegetables. Like it~(≧▽≦)/~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh out the high-gluten flour.
-
Pour in corn oil.
-
Add salt and sugar diagonally, and yeast in the middle.
-
According to the water absorption of the flour, add an appropriate amount of warm water and start the first dough mixing process.
-
After the program is completed, the dough can be pulled out into a tougher film.
-
Make one serving at room temperature.
-
While the dough is rising, you can prepare the vegetables. Cut the green peppers and onions into shreds, cut the mushrooms into thin slices, cut the cooked eggs into small dices, and cut the bacon into any shape.
-
Take out the risen dough and let it deflate.
-
Divide into three portions and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll the dough into a large, thin sheet so that you can bake it with a crispy texture.
-
Spread a layer of tomato vegetable sauce, or direct tomato sauce.
-
Sprinkle with cheese.
-
Put vegetables and meat on top.
-
Continue to sprinkle a layer of cheese and some freshly ground black pepper.
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
-
When you see that the cheese is melted and the surface is burnt, take it out and let it cool.
-
Cut into pieces~

Ready to eat~
