Prepare the ingredients: enoki mushrooms, okra, red peppers, cashews (fried or roasted in advance), garlic cloves (forgot to shoot).

Flatten and chop the garlic cloves.

Cut the red pepper into shreds, cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms and blanch them in boiling water, cool them in cold boiling water and cut them into two pieces. Blanch the okra in boiling water and cool them in cold boiling water.

Cut off the roots of okra and then cut into small pieces, add enoki mushrooms, red pepper, and chopped garlic. Add oyster sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and MSG to taste.

When serving, sprinkle cashews on top.
