Steamed Abalone with Garlic in XO Sauce
Overview
This is my second time steaming abalone. Two years ago, I bought swimming abalone at a fish store. The store would help process it before taking it home. This time I bought frozen abalone and had to process it myself, which was a bit troublesome. But these abalones are big and have good meat quality. There are only eight abalone per kilogram. I wonder if it counts as four-headed abalone?
