Crucian carp and tofu soup is a famous Han nationality dish. It tastes salty and delicious. Crucian carp has a good lactation effect. Kill and wash the crucian carp, remove all the black membrane on the abdomen, cut diagonally into two pieces on both sides, sprinkle with a little salt and marinate for about ten minutes.

Slice the ginger, cut the onion into sections, and cut the tofu into small pieces. Blanch them in a pot of boiling water and set aside.
