Fish head soup
Overview
[Fish Head Soup] Original thick white fish head soup. I bought an extra large silver carp and simmered the fish head into the soup first. This time I didn’t add anything, just the big fish head. The soup is thick and fragrant. It’s especially delicious when cooked with noodles or rice noodles.

Wash the fish head with running water and absorb the water with kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the fish head and fry it.

The fish head is fried on both sides.

Prepare ginger slices, green onion segments and cooking wine.

Boil a pot of water and add the fried fish heads after the water boils.

After the fire boils, turn to low heat.

Simmer until the soup is thick and white, and season with salt and pepper. I simmered it for forty minutes.
