I haven’t made tiramisu in a long time, I miss it a bit! I made the soft version at home today and it’s so convenient to put it in a cup and eat it!

  1. Put the egg yolks and caster sugar into a bowl

  6. Whip the light cream until 70%, don’t beat it too hard

  7. Mix the whipped cream and cheese paste

  8. Stir evenly into cheese milk paste and set aside

  9. Add coffee wine

  10. Take a finger biscuit, quickly soak it in coffee wine, and spread it on the bottom of the cup

  11. Pour in part of the mixed cheese milk paste, and then spread a layer of finger biscuits soaked in coffee wine
