Tiramisu (soft version)
Overview
I haven’t made tiramisu in a long time, I miss it a bit! I made the soft version at home today and it’s so convenient to put it in a cup and eat it!

Put the egg yolks and caster sugar into a bowl

Heat the hot water and stir continuously until the sugar melts and turns white

Add mascarpone cheese to another bowl and beat with a mixer to fluff

Mix egg yolk paste and mascarpone together

Stir evenly into cheese paste

Whip the light cream until 70%, don’t beat it too hard

Mix the whipped cream and cheese paste

Stir evenly into cheese milk paste and set aside

Add coffee wine

Take a finger biscuit, quickly soak it in coffee wine, and spread it on the bottom of the cup

Pour in part of the mixed cheese milk paste, and then spread a layer of finger biscuits soaked in coffee wine

Then pour an appropriate amount of cheese milk paste, smooth it out, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours

Before eating, take it out of the refrigerator and sprinkle with cocoa powder
