Fried fish and tofu
Overview
Homemade chili sauce paired with home-fried fish tofu. Making fish tofu is also a long process.

Remove the bones from the fish.

Prepared ingredients: fish, stir into puree, starch, eggs, salt

Crack the eggs into a basin and add two tablespoons of starch and salt.

Mix well.

Brush oil into the basin.

Cover with plastic wrap and pierce the eyes. Boil water and steam for 25 minutes.

Cool and cut into pieces.

Sliced fish tofu.

Put in oil pan and fry. Remove the surface after shaping.

Plate.
