Tea smoked chicken wings
Overview
Smoking is a cooking method that uses smoke to marinate (or sauce, roast, or fry) raw materials. The dishes smoked with the aroma of tea have an attractive color and a very special taste. Wash the chicken wings and drain them

Prepare cooking wine, green onions, sugar, ginger slices and salt

Prepare brown sugar, black tea and rice

First add salt, cooking wine, sugar, ginger and salt to the chicken wings, mix well, wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for more than 4 hours
