Steamed Pork Patties with Salted Egg
Overview
The salted eggs I usually buy are wrapped in a thick layer of black ash, making them very dark. After being cracked open, the egg yolk has a very good color and is in a solidified state, and the egg liquid is also transparent. The salted eggs I bought in the supermarket this time only had a layer of plastic wrap wrapped with some coarse salt. They looked clean and bright. After being cracked open, the color of the yolk was much lighter and not completely solidified. However, the meatloaf steamed with this salted egg was moderately salty and delicious.
