Homemade quick food! Many people like to boil or steam the noodles first when making them. In fact, stewing the noodles directly will make the noodles more chewy! If you like, you can add some tomatoes and it tastes super delicious! It is recommended to roll the noodles by hand, or use fresh noodles sold outside. Vermicelli and dry noodles from supermarkets are not allowed. Under normal circumstances, it will be ready after simmering on high heat for about 8 minutes, but the specific simmering time still depends on your noodles.

After the water boils, spread the noodles in the pot and place potatoes around it. The potatoes should be in contact with the soup. Turn on high heat and continue simmering.
