Overview

Homemade quick food! Many people like to boil or steam the noodles first when making them. In fact, stewing the noodles directly will make the noodles more chewy! If you like, you can add some tomatoes and it tastes super delicious! It is recommended to roll the noodles by hand, or use fresh noodles sold outside. Vermicelli and dry noodles from supermarkets are not allowed. Under normal circumstances, it will be ready after simmering on high heat for about 8 minutes, but the specific simmering time still depends on your noodles.

  4. Then add a little dark soy sauce and an appropriate amount of soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry. Add the green beans and add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.

  6. After the water boils, spread the noodles in the pot and place potatoes around it. The potatoes should be in contact with the soup. Turn on high heat and continue simmering.

  7. During the simmering process, remove the lid and loosen the noodles 1-2 times to prevent them from clumping. After picking, cover the pot and continue simmering.

  8. When the water is almost gone, add chopped green onion and green pepper, mix thoroughly with the noodles, and continue to simmer for about 1-2 minutes before serving.

  9. According to personal taste, you can also pour some mature vinegar along the edge of the pot and mix it with the noodles when it is out of the pot. The finished braised noodles should have no visible soup, the noodles should be chewy, and the potatoes should be soft and tasty.
