Peel and shred the potatoes, wash them several times with water, drain and set aside.

Shred the green pepper and red pepper, peel and cut the garlic into cubes and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan until it is six-cooked, add the green and red peppers, and stir-fry the garlic quickly

Stir-fry for a few minutes

Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry quickly for a few minutes

Add a spoonful of salt, a little light soy sauce, Laoganma, and vinegar and stir-fry for a few minutes.
