Soak the prunes in water for more than two hours in advance. Choose either fat or lean pork. The best ratio of fat to lean is 3:7

Drain the soaked pickles and chop the pork in a food processor

Add all the seasonings, add two egg whites and set aside the egg yolks

Stir the meat filling in the direction of the finger until it is firm and elastic

Spread the meat filling flat on the plate. It can be thinner in the middle and thicker on the edges. Beat two egg yolks to the top, being careful not to break them

After the water boils, steam it in a pot over water for 15 minutes.
