  1. Prepare pork, rice, and preserved eggs.

  2. Wash the rice and put it in the pot, add 3 small bowls of water. If I like it softer, add more water and cook it for a while.

  4. Tear the cooked meat into shreds or small pieces. Cut preserved eggs into cubes.

  5. Cook the rice for about half an hour, add the pork and preserved eggs, stir well, and cook for about 10 minutes.

  6. Turn off the heat, simmer for a few minutes, and it’s ready!
