Preserved egg and lean meat porridge

I have always eaten preserved egg and lean meat porridge in restaurants. I made it myself today and it tastes very good.

Prepare pork, rice, and preserved eggs.

Wash the rice and put it in the pot, add 3 small bowls of water. If I like it softer, add more water and cook it for a while.

Wash the pork and cook it in a pot.

Tear the cooked meat into shreds or small pieces. Cut preserved eggs into cubes.

Cook the rice for about half an hour, add the pork and preserved eggs, stir well, and cook for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, simmer for a few minutes, and it’s ready!

It still tastes good! The porridge is just as delicious without alkali in it!
