Beat the egg yolks, add fine sugar, and beat with an electric egg beater until the egg white color doubles in volume. Put the milk in a bowl and microwave it for about 30 seconds until it is warm.

Add the heated milk to the egg yolks and stir evenly.

Add cornstarch and vanilla extract and mix well.

Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the custard becomes slightly thick and the cornstarch begins to gelatinize. Let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Beat the whipping cream with an electric egg beater until it is 60% fluffy. The whipped state is as shown in the picture. The volume has increased by 2 times, but it can still flow.

Add the chilled custard to the whipped cream.

Mix well.

Add dried blueberries and mix evenly into ice cream.

Pour into an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. When the ice cream is semi-solidified, take it out and flip it up from the bottom with a shovel, stir the ice cream evenly, flip it every 2 hours, and repeat this 4 times.
