Garlic vermicelli with enoki mushrooms
Overview
I really like the series of steamed vegetables with garlic paste. After the garlic is stir-fried with oil, it turns golden in color. It doesn’t have that pungent taste anymore, and I don’t feel bad after eating it. There are many benefits! In the past, when making garlic dishes, you had to first smash the garlic and then chop it. What was very annoying was that sometimes when you smash the garlic, it would inevitably splash garlic juice on the wall. You must know that the garlic juice is sticky and difficult to wipe off! Today I used a small weapon - Yibotang's multifunctional food smasher. It's really fun. Put the garlic in and beat it for a dozen times and it will turn into very uniform minced garlic. It takes no effort at all and the garlic juice will not splash out. Finally, just turn on the faucet and rinse it. It's easy to clean. It's a lazy man's artifact! Hehe! I won’t be afraid of being slapped with garlic anymore!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: enoki mushrooms, garlic, red pepper, vermicelli, steamed fish with soy sauce, and salt.
-
Cut off the old roots of enoki mushrooms, break them apart, wash them and soak them in water for a while
-
Boil a pot of water and add a spoonful of salt
-
After the water boils, add the dried enoki mushrooms and blanch them for one minute, then cool them with cold water to drain them and set aside.
-
Pour the vermicelli into boiling water for a count of twenty times and immediately take it out and soak it in cold water for later use.
-
Wash and peel the garlic and cut the red pepper into cubes.
-
Put the garlic into the food box of the food smasher
-
Then put the knife head and twist it, then pat the garlic for a dozen times and it will break into pieces! (I put one and a half heads of garlic in for the first time, but I think it’s fine to put two heads of garlic in together.)
-
Pour out the minced garlic and crush the red pepper pieces as well
-
Heat a wok, add 30 grams of vegetable oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat
-
Stir-fry until the minced garlic is slightly brown, then set aside.
-
Take a plate and place the dried vermicelli on the bottom of the plate.
-
Top with blanched and dried enoki mushrooms
-
Then sprinkle the fried minced garlic on top
-
Sprinkle the minced red pepper on the surface as well
-
Put it into a pot of boiling water and steam for 5 minutes with the lid on.
-
After steaming, take out the plate and pour the steamed fish with soy sauce and it’s ready to eat!
