I love sweet corn and like it no matter how I eat it. I remember eating fried corn in a restaurant. It was very memorable. So this summer I made sweet corn pot roast several times for my family, and I ate them all every time.

Prepare all materials

Use a knife against the corn cob to remove the kernels from ripe corn

Place the corn kernels in a sieve to wet with water and shake off the excess water

Put it in a basin and add dry starch

Mix well

Add half a bowl of oil to the pot and pour it out after it is cooked

Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, turn to low heat, pour in the mixed corn kernels, flatten gently, and fry for 3-5 minutes. The corn kernels stick together to form lumps
