Tomatoes, coriander, millet pepper.

Just the right amount of wonton wrappers. (I was supposed to roll it out, but I’m lazy and can’t wrap it up alone) 😅

Cut into strips less than a centimeter long.

It is cut diagonally into a diamond shape and is as big as a bean, so it is called Douqier. Some places are called Mianqier.

Shake off.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and stir-fry twice.

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.

Pour in the bean flag.

Bring to a boil.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, rice vinegar and sesame oil, sprinkle with coriander, millet pepper and turn off the heat.

Stir well and serve in a bowl.
