Don't waste the remaining spinach puree. You can bake it into a thin pancake, which is a great breakfast.

Pour the spinach puree into the bowl with flour and mix well.

Add an egg to the basin and mix well.

Slowly pour in water to make the batter flowable. The thinner the flour, the thinner the baked cake will be.

Add black sesame seeds, an appropriate amount of salt, and if you want, add some five-spice powder, or not, and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan, apply a little oil evenly, scoop in a spoonful of batter and turn the pan handle so that the batter evenly covers the entire bottom of the pan, and fry both sides.
