Wash the wild rice

Cut into hob pieces

Chop the green onion into mince and slice the ginger

Wash the pot, heat it, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Add the wild rice and stir-fry until the surface is slightly brown

Add light soy sauce

Add dark soy sauce

Stir well

Pour a bowl of water

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar

Add appropriate amount of salt

Cook until the soup is thick
