Bacon, spores and mustard

[Bacon mustard with spores] I really like this cute mustard. I liked this dish very much when I first saw it. I asked the aunt who was doing the grocery shopping what it was. She said it was called ercai. I came back to check and found out that it is also called mustard. Regardless of the name, appearance and taste, I really like it. I took a few pictures of the mustard seeds, and the more I look at them, the more I like them. Like other vegetables, this sweet vegetable is delicious when paired with bacon.

Slice the bacon and mustard, and change the garnishes with a knife.

Add oil to the wok and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic,

Add bacon slices and stir-fry.
