Overview

1. 1 Prepare the materials for making ingots. I used water-milled glutinous rice noodles. If not, you can use glutinous rice flour instead. Divide the glutinous rice noodles into even balls.

   

2. 2 Bread the glutinous rice with purple sweet potato puree (add sugar to the purple sweet potato puree according to your own taste), dip it in the egg liquid, and wrap it in bread crumbs

   

3. 3 Cut the pig's trotters into pieces, put them in a casserole, add salt and rock sugar (my pig's trotters are medium-cooked in advance, friends can wash the pig's trotters first and cook them in an iron pot with seasonings, and then transfer to the casserole to simmer)

   

4. 4 Transfer the pig's trotters from the casserole to the iron pot and use high heat to collect the juice

   

5. 5 Deep-fried Yuanbao
