I haven’t updated for a long time. I haven’t been idle since I left my job in August 2015. I always liked fashion design when I was a child. Due to various reasons, I couldn’t do this industry, and I couldn’t help myself at work. Until I resigned this time and entered the university campus, I spent less than a year studying fashion design from scratch. I have never felt happier than before, and my dream has come true! ! ! Small yellow croaker is quite common on Shanghainese tables, including pickled yellow croaker soup, pan-fried small yellow croaker, steamed, noodles and so on. What I made today is to add some moss strip powder to the noodles of yellow croaker. It is not only delicious, but also has a little more flavor!

Get the ingredients ready.

Clean the small yellow croaker, add salt, cooking wine, green onions and ginger and marinate for half an hour, then wash and drain. (I forgot to take a photo at this step) Mix moss powder, flour, cornstarch, eggs, add an appropriate amount of water, and a little salt to make a batter.

Roll the small yellow croaker in the batter and coat it evenly.

Heat the oil in a hot pan, add the small yellow croaker after the oil is heated, and fry over low heat until finalized.

Fry over high heat until both sides are golden brown.
