Strawberry mousse cake

It's my birthday, so I'll make a mousse cake in advance by referring to other people's recipes and making slight changes. The first time I did it, it wasn’t very good, it was ridiculous.

Microwave butter into liquid form

Mix butter and biscuit crumbs

Put the strawberries in a container and put half of the whipped cream

Add gelatine powder to milk, turn on the gas stove and heat until it dissolves. Add half to the prepared strawberry cream sauce and mix well.

Pour into frozen molds.

Add strawberries. Mix the remaining half of the gelatine and half of the cream and pour into the mold.

Make a strawberry decoration. The jelly is powdered, let cool and pour into the mold to make a mirror surface. Place in the refrigerator to unmold after a few hours.
