Papaya and coconut milk jelly
Overview
I originally wanted to make coconut milk pudding for my daughter, but when I saw there was a papaya at home, I thought my child should eat more fruits. So papaya milk jelly was born~

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients first
-
Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds inside with a spoon. It's good that the melon body sits in a small bowl and doesn't shake.
-
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft. (I used cold boiled water that had been refrigerated in advance. Do not use tap water. There is no heating and boiling step, which will cause safety hazards.)
-
Find a non-metallic container and put the coconut milk, milk, and sugar all in and mix well. Then heat it in the microwave (it's okay if it feels a little hot to the touch, don't boil it. I heard that boiling milk will destroy nutrients^_^).
-
Strain the water from the gelatine and add to the coconut milk, stirring to melt.
-
After cooling, pour into a papaya cup and refrigerate for a few hours.
-
After 3 hours, take out the papaya cup. Remove the skin first and then cut into pieces and serve. The delicious papaya coconut custard is ready~
