When this saucepan arrived home, I couldn't wait to unpack it, and what I saw was such a beautiful blue color! This color is particularly refreshing in the hot summer, like a wisp of cool breeze blowing slowly ------Thank you again, Meitian and Tianji Company! First time trying it out, what should I do? Let’s make a pot of pork ribs! There are 3 inner pots, one large, two small, and two small ones. First, use the two small ones to cook the Bamboo Fungus Pork Ribs Cup and the Mung Bean Pork Ribs Cup. Two different soups can be stewed in one pot to satisfy different tastes. Surprise your family and impress yourself. In the hot summer, soup is still indispensable! Use pork ribs, add bamboo fungus, porcini mushrooms, and black fungus to stir-fry the soup, which is nutritious and delicious.

Prepare the ingredients

Soak bamboo fungus in clean water, rinse, remove the mesh and roots.

Soak the porcini mushrooms in clean water and rinse.

Soak the black fungus in clean water and rinse thoroughly.

Rinse the ribs, put them into a pot of cold water, add some cooking wine and boil for 2 minutes, remove and rinse.

Take the large inner pot of the electric stew pot and put in the ribs,

Add bamboo fungus, porcini mushrooms, black fungus,

Add 8 minutes full of water, some cooking wine, ginger slices, green onion segments,

Fill the electric stew pot with water to the level before placing it in the pot.

Put into the large inner pot of the stew pot

Pour water into the water reservoir on the edge of the inner pot.

Gently turn the lid of the inner pot to evenly distribute the water in the sink.

Close the lid and press the function button to select slow cook. The default time is 3 hours.

When the time is up, cut off the power, open the lid and add some salt to taste.
