Butter melts in hot water. I am impatient and never wait for it to melt on its own

Mix the flour and cornstarch and sift together and set aside

Sieve the egg yolks and grind them with the back of a spoon. Scrape from the back while pressing

After the butter is melted, add salt and stir evenly with a hand mixer. Add powdered sugar and continue stirring until it becomes a paste

Then add the mixed powder

Knead it into a dough, which doesn't have to be as hard as mixing it with pasta. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour

It's okay if the refrigerated dough is a little hard. It weighs about 400 grams. Divide it into 40 10-gram small dough and place it on the baking sheet. Just press it with your thumb. Don’t press too hard

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Put in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. Everyone’s oven is different, so you have to control it yourself.
