Overview

Everyone knows the efficacy of soybeans. Besides making a cup of soy milk every day, my favorite way to eat soybeans is to make sauce. It’s great with porridge and noodles!

  1. Soak the soybeans one night in advance

  2. Wash and cut the peppers into sections

  3. Add appropriate amount of water, add soybeans and chili and bring to boil

  4. After boiling, add sweet noodle sauce (I forgot to take a photo)

  5. In order to increase the delicious taste, I also added some pork stir-fried in oil (you can omit it if you don’t like it) and finally let it cool down before bottling it and eating it slowly
