Hot and sour cold beans
Overview
Although it is the beginning of autumn, there is no autumn feeling at all. That’s right, it’s summer all year round in Guangzhou. Now is autumn, a particularly sultry season. A slightly spicy, sweet and sour cold dish is a good choice. Among cold vegetables, beans are one of my favorites. They are thick, refreshing and slightly sweet. Beans have the effects of resolving dampness and nourishing the spleen, regulating the digestive system, replenishing qi and promoting fluid production.
