Margaret Cookies
Overview
Recently, I have seen people in the baking hobby circle making margarita cookies. To be honest, I have been baking for 4 or 5 years and have never made margarita cookies. Margherita biscuits are easy to make and have a low failure rate, but they taste very delicious and melt in your mouth. It is not wrong to say that they are the best biscuits to start with!

Steps
-
Boil 2 eggs, place the egg yolks on the sieve, press with your fingers to make the yolks pass through the sieve and form egg yolk powder;
-
Soften butter at room temperature + powdered sugar + salt, beat with a whisk until fluffy;
-
Pour in the sifted egg yolk powder and mix well;
-
Mix low-gluten flour + cornstarch and mix well;
-
Sift the mixed flour and add it to the butter;
-
Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands. The dough is slightly dry. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
-
After taking out the dough, take a small piece and roll it into a small ball. Place it on the baking sheet and flatten it with your thumb. The biscuits will have natural cracks;
-
Preheat the oven in advance, put the upper and lower tubes in the oven at 170 degrees, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
