Dried glutinous rice balls~~~~Coconut black sesame seeds and sweets
Overview
I made this on the Lantern Festival. I steamed it and dipped it in coconut. It felt delicious. It's a bit like Japanese wagashi, but a little smaller~ and very simple. The glutinous rice balls are bought quick-frozen.

Prepare the ingredients

Take a clean plate and apply a little cooking oil on it to prevent

Add quick-frozen glutinous rice balls

Steam for about 10 minutes

After steaming, open it and let it cool for a while

Take appropriate amount of coconut

Roll the glutinous rice balls into grated coconut a few times, then dip them in grated coconut

Put it into a bowl and you’re ready to go~
