Steps
-
Cut the broccoli into sections, slice the carrots, and mince the onions, ginger, and garlic. I am used to cutting green onions, ginger and garlic into larger sizes for breakfast to make it easier to sort out and avoid bad breath odor.
-
Pour the broccoli into a pot of boiling water and blanch it, then take it out when the water boils again.
-
Pour oil into the pot and put one star anise. When the star anise changes color, add the minced onion, ginger and garlic.
-
Pour in the carrots. The vitamin B produced by the carrots and oil is easily absorbed by the body.
-
Add broccoli and stir-fry, then add soy sauce and salt.
-
Stir-fry the broccoli for a while to make it more flavorful.
