Chop the bell pepper and mince the garlic, mix in a small bowl of starch water, add light soy sauce directly, divide the baby cabbage into four portions and clean them.

Pour oil into the wok, first sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant, then add the peppercorns and salt, the amount required for the entire dish.
