Pour the egg liquid, corn oil, and milk into a large glass bowl

Add brown sugar and salt and mix well

Remove stems and cores from fresh cherries, cut into small pieces, and pour into a bowl

Mix well and set aside

Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl

Sieve again into a glass bowl

Use a scraper to gently stir from bottom to top until the flour is completely moistened

Pour the mixed batter into the muffin mold, 70% full (my mold has a larger diameter, so I only poured about 1/2)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the middle rack and bake for about 25-30 minutes

Bake until the surface is completely puffed up and turns brown. Insert a toothpick and if there is no sticking, it means it is done
