Stir 200g flour, 10g sugar and 70g butter (or lard) evenly into a smooth dough. Make a dough and let it rest for 25 minutes

Oil dough: 140g flour and 75g butter, mix into a ball and let rise for 20 minutes

Mix the purchased bean paste with water + a small amount of sugar to make a bean paste filling (bean paste water 1:2)

Put the egg yolk into the bean paste and wrap it into a ball

Prepare 20 pieces of the awakened pastry and dough for later use

Wrap the pastry in the oil skin
