-
Ingredients: chicken wings, apples, fruit peel, honey, enoki mushrooms, onions and lemons (forgot to take a photo).
-
Debone the chicken wings. Use scissors to cut off the fascia connecting the chicken and the bones in the wider part of the chicken wings. Then push the chicken down with your thumbs, and the chicken and bones will be separated. When you reach the bottom, flip the chicken skin down and twist off the remaining connecting parts.
-
Finely chop the onion. The chicken wings are marinated with the skin on the inside and the meat on the outside, making it easier to absorb the flavor. Add chopped onions, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, and lemon juice and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
-
Cut the apple in half, remove the core, and cut into slices.
-
Arrange the apple slices and put them into a bowl, leaving 2 or 3 slices aside. Boil water in a steamer and steam the apples for 10 minutes. Take them out.
-
This is the steamed apple juice for later use.
-
Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut them into sections, remove the fruit peel and cut it into thin strips, and cut the apples into strips.
-
Turn over the skin of the marinated chicken wings, insert enoki mushrooms, fruit peel strips, and apple strips into the chicken wings respectively to hold up the chicken wings instead of bones.
-
After the non-stick pan is heated, add cooking oil and fry the chicken wings over low heat. Turn frequently to prevent sticking to the pan. When the chopsticks are inserted into the chicken wings and no water is released, the chicken wings are mature. Take them out and put them on a plate. Pick out a few slices of apples and put them on the plate. Put the remaining fruit peel strips on the apples.
-
Pour apple juice into the pot, add black pepper, add honey, stir well, pour in water starch to thicken the juice, and pour it on the chicken wings and apple slices.
