  1. Wash the pork liver and soak it in water (add cooking wine) for 1 hour

  2. Remove the stems from the peppers and wash them

  3. Cut green onions and ginger into sections

  4. Threaded peppers cut into sections

  5. Pork liver slices

  6. Add cooking wine, cornstarch, and white pepper and mix well

  7. Heat oil in a wok, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears

  8. Pour in the pork liver and stir-fry

  9. Add onions and ginger and stir-fry

  10. Pour in the chili pepper segments and stir-fry, sprinkle in chicken essence, stir well and serve
