Raisin Egg Tart
Overview
There is no whipping cream anymore, so I made a few simple egg tarts with milk and raisins. The texture is as smooth and tender as the cream egg tarts!

Take the egg tart shell out of the refrigerator and defrost it at room temperature

Soak raisins in water for 10 minutes, soak until soft, take out and wipe dry

Prepare egg yolks, sugar, and milk

Make egg tart liquid: Pour milk and sugar into egg yolks and stir evenly

Put raisins in egg tarts

Pour the egg tart liquid into the egg tart crust

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for 20 minutes
