  1. Pick the stems of the beans, wash them, drain them and cut them into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Chop the green onions and garlic slices and set aside

  2. Add 80° boiling water to the flour and stir it into a flocculent form. Stir while pouring the water

  4. Knead the rested dough into a smooth dough and roll it into thin slices about 0.5 mm
