Thaw the chicken wings in cold water, wash away any impurities on the surface, and drain

Cut the whole chicken wings with a knife and cut a few slits in the middle and surface of the wings to facilitate the flavoring

Put the cut chicken wings into a basin, add edible salt, chicken essence, very fresh flavor, dark soy sauce, oil, cooking wine, vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger slices.
